Characteristics and production process: Prosecco is an aromatic vine stock which gives origin to a kind of wine which expresses happiness and poetry. Gathered during a slightly early wine harvest, the bunches of this vine stock, vinified using a

Vaslin (soft pressing) system, feature round yellow-green grapes, with exceptional fruity perfumes of apple, pear and exotic fruit and a fresh taste, with a dry but always fruity aftertaste. It is a perfect aperitif, an exceptional sparkling wine cocktail (Bellini, Rossini). Above all, it is a sparkling wine which goes well with every course: from hors d’oeuvres, to main courses of any kind and to second courses of fish.

Origin: Colli di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (TV)
Sugar content: 13-15 g/l Brut
Alcohol content: 11% vol.
Acidity: 5,5-7 g/l

Colour and appearance: Straw yellow, brilliant, fine and lasting perlage
Bouquet: Fruity, flowery, a touch of Golden apple and exotic fruit
Taste: Fragrant, fresh, balanced
Aftertaste: A strong touch of fruit
Recommended glass: Crystal flute
Serve at: 6/7° C
